History

Grangewood Club - Past

When work started on Grangewood estate in 1984, what is now the Residents Club was a dilapidated barn in the grounds of Grangewood Farm. The barn had been grade II listed and was incorporated by the developers into their plans for the estate.

Grangewood Club - Present

At a cost of some £1.4 million, the Grangewood club is a shining example of residential development contributing in a very positive way to community life.

In addition to a comfortable lounge with its own licensed bar, meeting rooms, kitchen and conservatory, the complex boasts both a squash and tennis court.
